Milan Melon Festival - Milan, Ohio

The Milan Melon Festival (click on photos below) is held each year over the Labor Day Weekend and it is one of the most widely attended annual festivals in Ohio. Each year, over 100,000 people come to the Village of Milan, Ohio (population less than 1500) to experience the fun and friendship of this unique community. Among the many attractions is the Classic Car Show on Saturday which features classic cars from northern Ohio and the famous "melon ice cream" with a choice of muskmelon ice cream or watermelon sherbet. Grand parade on Sunday,  a 10K run on Labor Day, food booths, amusement rides and a variety of main stage attractions all add to a full weekend of activities and the ambiance of the event.  Call (419) 499-2766 for additional information on the Milan Melon Festival..
